Anheuser-Busch has added four new Budweiser Clydesdale foals to its herd and to celebrate, is hosting a “Football and Foals” Super Bowl watch party at the Warm Springs Ranch in Boonville, Missouri.
The four new colts, Barron, Sergeant, Stinger, and Razor, were born recently on the ranch and are enjoying the winter weather.
Guests can watch the Super Bowl on four large televisions in the barn, take photos with the famous Budweiser Clydesdales and meet the new foals.
“The road ahead for these four foals is going to be incredible,” Amy Trout, herd supervisor at Warm Springs Ranch, said in a statement, according to FOX. “Now is your chance to meet these little guys before they grow up and become famous!”
The tickets for the event cost $100 and include dinner, two 16-ounce beers, and photo opportunities.
Clydesdales, when born, stand about 3 feet tall and weigh around 150 pounds. They can walk within hours of being born.
As they grow up, they become 18 hands (6 feet) tall and weigh around 2,000 pounds, eating up to 20 quarts of grain and 50 pounds of hay, and drinking up to 35 gallons of water every day.
Clydesdales have to go through years of training before they can join one of the three traveling teams.
Warm Springs Ranch, established in 2008, is a breeding farm for the Budweiser Clydesdales and features a mare/stallion and foaling barn, veterinary lab, and 10 pastures with customized walk-in shelters.
The facility is home to over 70 Clydesdales ranging from foals to stallions. The ranch normally offers tours to visitors but is closed from January to mid-March.
