Parents will do whatever it takes to give their children the best life, that’s for sure. But the best things in life need not be as extravagant as buying the latest gadget or going on an expensive trip. Most of the time, it’s the sincere, genuine actions that matter. Even as simple as cooking a meal or spending time at home will surely make a difference.

For a mom from Comstock Park in Michigan, she knew she could make her child happy with a simple yet meaningful surprise. So, that’s exactly what she did and fulfilled the dream of her daughter – who is a Disney fan – to become a princess, even just for a day. But she didn’t need to bring her daughter to Disneyland – all it took were a few materials at home to bring the magic to life.

A little girl named Roslyn Breen couldn’t walk or sit up after she was born with an undiagnosed muscular condition. So, she’s mostly sitting in a wheelchair whenever she is out of bed.

Roslyn’s mom Tiffany said she has been finding a cure for her daughter ever since she was born but to no avail.

“Roslyn, at this point, is undiagnosed. We have exhausted science,” Tiffany told Fox 17 West Michigan in an interview. “She falls under an umbrella description called arthrogryposis which means joint contractures and poor muscle tone.”

For Halloween in 2017, Tiffany went the extra mile for her daughter by making her dreams come true.

According to her mom Tiffany, Roslyn has always been a fan of Disney. And with her daughter being her own real-life princess, she knew she had to do a transformation and turn her little girl into a Disney Princess.

“Roz is forever my little princess,” Tiffany said.

And she loves Disney, so we knew Cinderella was something she’d really want,” she added.
With hard work and dedication combined, she was able to make it happen and turn her daughter into Cinderella.

Thankfully, she had found materials for Christmas packed in a tub in her basement.

“Grabbed tinsel and ribbon and got some lights that work on a battery,” she shared.

But Tiffany knew Roslyn definitely wouldn’t be Cinderella without a carriage. So, she had an idea. And what better way to do it than transform her wheelchair into a carriage?

And yes, her carriage lights up and glows like a golden carriage – and Tiffany has a perfectly good explanation for it.

Tiffany said she wants her daughter to see the world from a different perspective on her own.

“She can be independent in it and still drive her wheelchair. It lights up, it can move,” she remarked.

Her mom said it’s also one way of drawing in positive reactions from people after having received different kinds of stares in the past.

“I wanted her to draw attention in a positive way. A lot of times we get stares for different reason,” Tiffany said.

To complement her Cinderella look, she also had shiny shoes, which Roslyn described as her own glass slippers.

Roslyn also went to the zoo with her family wearing her costume, with people coming in droves to have a picture taken with her. She also got to share a magical moment with her prince – and it wasn’t just any man but her dad.

While it may not be a big deal to some, it was definitely huge for Roslyn, who believed that at one point in her life, she became a princess. “I was a Disney princess,” she said, with a smile on her face.
